Episode 7: Lifestyle Choices that I Need to Change

In this episode, I declare and hold myself accountable for all of the promises and choices that I am willing to implement in my life in this next season. Give yourself room to change, grow and be better; not for them, but for you. Self-reflection has always been a best friend of mine--never afraid to call me out on my BS, never afraid to celebrate my biggest wins no matter how small I think they may be. As the cold weather intensifies, I wanted to build some healthy habits into my routine to prevent slumps and seasons of low emotion and energy. Here's to a new era of discipline, consistency and true happiness. It's an uphill battle, but one with a beautiful view at the top.

Despite the uncertainty that follows every milestone in your early 20s, I now find solace in the fleetingness of the seasons. There is warmth in knowing that you are in a state of constant change, moving in the direction of your best self.
