In this episode the ladies @ladygeorge @tomibabycakes sit down with Eddie Madaki, media personality, PR consultant, husband and father to talk all things Men and their mental well being. It is essential for the young women and men of our community who are planning to settle down, to get an insight into the societal, financial and mental pressure men go through from the moment they say I Do! all the way up to raising and training their children. The ups and downs they face and how society has conditioned men to 'man up' and not be vulnerable or show weakness, which we've seen in recent times has had a negative effect on their mental health causing a high rate of suicide. Eddie tells us in his opinion the different outlets men should have to express themselves in a healthy and safe space. This episode is one you shouldn't miss out on.
