I’m joined by David Niemeijer, founder and CEO of AssistiveWare.

AssistiveWare make Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) apps, that help many people communicate better in their lives. AssistiveWare have a long history of Apple applications and iOS, and so I thought I’d get him on the show to talk more about how they started and what they do.

I'm joined on this episode by Chris Hefferman.

Chris is the iOS developer behind LoTR Quiz, and MyAdsense. Since launching his apps in the App Store, he's made the leap into iOS development full time, changing his career in the process.

Chris talks to me about this, his background in development, joining the Fireside Swift crew on their podcast and being an active member of the iOS development community. 2021 looks set to be a big year for Chris, as he's looking for a full time iOS development position where he can really spread his wings.

I hope you enjoy the show as much as I did recording it,
