    NEW THREADS APP!

    Mario talks about the new app, Threads! It is a new text-based social messaging app from Meta (formerly known as Facebook) with over 100 million users within a few days of its launch. The app is backed by Meta, indicating it is likely to be around for the long term and not fizzle out like some other startups. Joining Threads early provides an opportunity for community discovery and faster growth as the user base is still relatively small. It is recommended to approach Threads as a separate platform, not using the same content as on Instagram, as it is meant to be used differently. The speaker promises to provide more information about Threads, including new features that can benefit businesses, personal brands, and communities.
