    The Awkward Nature of Grief & Our Generic Approach To It.

    Not everyone approaches grief with the compassion needed. Some reactions can be so hurtful and upsetting they can bring up anger we never knew we had and sometimes the loss in and of itself can spiral us into deep depression and a sea of endless thought and longing for those we miss the most. This episode was not the easiest to flow through and record at many points I lost my train of thought or just plainly wanted to cry so there will be a part two when I feel called to continue it because there’s much more to say but for now I hope this helps those who it is designed for. May anyone who’s grieving find the things they need to have a healthy relationship with grief and loss if we choose to view it as loss and may we be supported in the ways we individually need at least by one source. Sending love to you and honestly to myself. Grief is a rollercoaster at times and ocean at others a tidal wave and sometimes a very calm m river or lake. It i ohh DEEPLY personal yet often shared while still being felt solely by the i social in ways anyone outside them may never fathom- May we have all we need to survive the bad days and see the sun or even learn to be hopeful again. Dedicated to the memory of my 3 favourite Angels T, J and J and of course to yours too. 🤍
