Great content overall!

I love the podcast. Lots of great information and I’m extremely grateful for it.

If I had to make one critique though, I would recommend asking more thought-provoking and clear questions that allow the speaker the opportunity to think and speak. This may involve sending the questions over ahead of time.

I say this because often times you cut the speaker off in the middle of their sentence to either clarify what you meant to ask or dig deeper into something they just said. In my personal opinion, this sometimes leads to cringe awkwardness as a result of you cutting them off or not allowing them to finish their current thought.

Outside of that, I love the podcast and I enjoy listening to it occasionally.

Learned a lot

I not only learned what the recruiting process was like, but I was able to figure out how to navigate it.

Great insight, and accessible to beginners

When is started my recruiting process for IB, I didn’t really know what I was getting into. Wall Street Oasis podcasts helped me figure things out. Reading WSJ and online forums is great but it’s not always as digestible. That was the key difference that made this podcast to valuable to me.
