Time to get Raw once again! We're celebrating 3:16 day (a little late) by ranking some of comics' rawest moments, including some involving Goku and Batman!
-
Comics Catch-Up 058: Red Sonja (2013)
Matt and Chris read the first arc of Gail SImone's 2013 run on Red Sonja, and simply couldn't help comparing it to other things, even though it's probably unfair.

Episode 672 - Splortch Zone f/ Jeremy Whitley
Longtime friend of the show Jeremy Whitley returns this week to ostensibly talk about his new book The Cold Ever After, but mostly end up discussing AEW Revolution!
-

We're reading the Dan Jurgens/John Romita Jr. run on Thor once again, and we're building up to the big clash in #25 as Thanos collects the artifacts (and one person) he needs to unleash a wave of death across the cosmos!
Covering Thor Annual 2000 and #22-24. -
Every Story Ever Special: February 2024
After doing some list cleanup, we're back to ranking comics! Including a very, very bad Justice League story.
-
Episode 670 - Fantasy or Sci-fi? f/ Kel McDonald
Longtime pal Kel McDonald returns to the show this week to talk about their new book, Murky Water, which is funding now on Kickstarter! Plus: what kind of Pokemon gyms we would have, werewolf songs, and the differences between fantasy and sci-fi!
Customer Reviews
WRA 4 life
I have major anxiety issues but listening to WRA calms me down and feels like I’m hanging out with two nerdy buds
Time Stamps Would Be Nice
The content itself is great, sometimes it just takes too long to get to it. 20-30 minutes of chatting is too much in my opinion and I would love it if they would include time stamps so I could skip to the main content. If that were to happen it would be a 5 star podcast for me.
The Only Comic Podcast I Listen To
Chris and Matt are congenial and knowledgeable hosts who delight all the time with their reviews and interviews. Their specialty segments are also engaging and well worth a trip to Patreon to support.
A+, recommend to anyone who loves comics, comedy, a general good time
