    My amazing brother selected the episode. In the new year, a lot of people are going to the gym, buying vitamins, and doing a lot of other things, but after such a great start, things might not go as planned. As the new year continues, your consistency may vary and waver, but that's okay. Remain gentle with yourself. Every year, you make a resolution to change yourself.
