Sometimes you will hear us discuss ultra-running and trail running. we make fun of everything and often talk about nothing. we will discuss historic 100 mile races backyard 50's and everything in between, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to get big names such as, Jim Walmsley, Courtney Dauwalter, Zach Bitter or Anton Krupicka. we will talk about training and all the failures that go with it. we will debunk the theory of vert. we will talk chair.
