Katie is a good friend of mine, and to be honest, this conversation ended up feeling much more like support for me than a podcast recording. We discussed what it means to respond to life’s changes with grace and growth always top of mind, and as always I'm so grateful for Katie's honesty and candor. Katie has spent nearly two decades in healthcare, executive leadership. Along the way, she learned that hitting every goal doesn’t mean much if you’re completely depleted getting there. Katie works as a coach, consultant and practitioner as she runs her company Mindful Works Wellness. Her work is all about helping people soften a little by shifting how they think about pressure, worth, and what’s actually sustainable for their lives.
