Less than 16% of autistic adults are employed full-time, which is only a slight improvement since 2007. Today we talk to Unicus, who only hire people who have Asperger's. This IT consultancy firm is not only providing first class consultants, but are also enabling organizations to break down barriers. We are very excited to talk to Elin Blom from Unicus!
 
 

We're really excited having a stimulating conversation with Tomas Chamorro Premuzic who is the Chief Innovation Officer at Manpower, author of 10 books and a regular contributor to HBR, Forbes and many more leading publications, including some very successful Ted Talks. 
 
We could have talked for hours but restrained ourselves. There was so many good points raised during our chat:
