Be Right Back...
Sup ya'll? We interrupt your regularly scheduled episode with a season finale of We Don't Know Her. That's right, we are closing out our (longer than normal) Season 1 and going on a brief hiatus. Don't worry, this isn't goodbye, it's just BE RIGHT BACK. As two scientists, we need to go out into the wild to collect more data and then return with bigger and better findings. Tune in for our thoughts on this decision and what we are looking forward to in the future.
Thank you to everyone who supported our first season. We will see you on the next one!

A Retrograde Wellness Check
Katie and Christie are in need of a wellness check. Seasons are changing, and there are currently SIX planets that are retrograde, so it is safe to say they are feeling the effects. In this episode, emotions are high, minds are reeling, and words are difficult. Christie is dealing with the end of one situation and the brand new start of another, while Katie is opening up about a topic she never dreamt of talking about publicly. Tune in as they live, laugh, cry their way to the other side, and let this episode speak for itself.

Gratitude With An Attitude
Katie and Christie are learning how to live in gratitude. It can be easy to appreciate the finer things in life, but it is a lifelong practice to be grateful for the little things, too. In this episode, Katie and Christie discuss how they may or may not have taken everything for granted when they were younger and the harsh lessons they learned to be more grateful. They also talk about whether gratitude is taught or earned, how they slowly began feeling thankful for more than just external things, and how living in gratitude has changed their entire outlook on the world, their life, and even...their organs? Tune in to hear all of the analogies and metaphors that might inspire you to start viewing gratitude differently. Enjoy!

Fear Factors
Katie and Christie are getting to know that other four-letter word that begins with F; fear. In this episode, they discuss their physical fears and emotional fears, how different types of fear play a role in their identities, and how fear has either helped or hindered their growth. They also talk about where their fears originated from, the aftermath of those fearful experiences, and how cultural events have shaped our evolutionary fear responses. Tune in to find out which fear led to Christie accidentally losing a tooth and Katie's most irrational fear that may actually come true one day. If this episode proves anything, it is that they are NOT afraid of exposing themselves. Enjoy!

Feelin' Alive
Katie and Christie are getting to know what makes them feel ALIVE. Of course there are things that bring us joy and make us happy, but what gives you that extra buzz or natural high of life? Katie and Christie are returning from a short break and feeling as jubilant as ever, which has inspired them to ponder that very question. In this episode, they discuss a few reckless thrills from their past and compare them to what they find thrilling now. They also talk about the motivation behind those decisions, how they can use fear to their advantage, and what their current process is for cultivating "aliveness." Both endearing and embarrassing, this episode is dedicated to the joie de vivre! Enjoy.

Conscious Consumption
Katie and Christie are getting to know what they consume from the media on a regular basis. It is no secret that we are surrounded by media influences everywhere we turn, but have we ever stopped to think about how they may really be affecting us? In this episode, they discuss the importance of paying attention to what we are consuming and how it is making us feel. What kind of impact are these influences having on our mindset, our outlook, and even our relationships? How can we become more conscious consumers without slipping into toxic positivity or complete overload? They also talk about consuming certain types of relationships and how interpersonal relationships may be a main ingredient for self-love. But first, Katie recaps her middle-aged birthday, and Christie reminds us of the recent Supermoon. Enjoy!

Love this!
Love this podcast I came across it this past summer and it really resonates with me. I love how open and honest Katie and Christie are about who they were then and who they are now. The ghost stories are also a bonus 😊
We love her
I absolutely love these two! I think the idea of revisiting who the guests were in their past is such an interesting concept. Absolutely love.
Love them
It’s like listening to my best friends inner most thoughts - oh wait I am. Love the hosts, love the podcast, love that my friends have found a passion and calling. They really put their genuine selves out there and that’s not an easy thing to do. Not only that, but they really speak to a lot of things that most people our ages go through and think about on their own. Highly relatable content and recommend to anyone wanting to explore their growth
