    Today we’re going a little deeper on a concept that’s really been landing for us - the concept of  ‘creation energy’.  When you’re in survival mode in any area of your life - be it your relationships, work, finance, health, friendships… going from ‘surviving to thriving’ can feel like an impossible leap.   But stepping into the creator energy opens up the space of possibility, especially when we build momentum by taking small steps within the realms of close proximity first.  It’s something we’ve been experimenting with and have a few approaches and tools that are feeling good in our bodies, and we’re starting to see the unfolding of how we’re connected to the outcomes we’re desiring.   We hope creation energy inspires you to nurture the space of dreaming & possibility in your life.     How important are our desires? It seems like so many of our chats come back to knowing what our truest deepest desires are.  So much so, that we thought we’d pop this earlier conversation we had back in your feed.  For a long time desire felt like a dirty word to us. If we start to connect to and even pursue our deepest desires, will we end up on a slippery slope that leads to our destruction?     S4 E9 - Shifting away from a lack mindset

    Have you ever woken up thinking I didn't get enough sleep, or gone to bed thinking I didn't get enough exercise or enough done... I'm not rich enough, smart enough, fun enough, pretty enough... I don't have enough time... there aren't enough good dates, jobs, people - and the list goes on.     Today’s episode is building on our recent chat about being truthful with ourselves - we’re talking about bringing that self awareness and truth into our relationships.   Most of us have developed codependent and people pleasing tendencies as a means of safety and survival in a world that rewards compliance with a sense of belonging.   Even if this means denying the truth of our own needs and desires, and suppressing our most potent selves.   Belonging trumps authenticity in most cases as it’s more closely tied in with our survival.
