She also made something called Voice Forge, which helps people use their voices more, or differently, or professionally. It wasn't totally clear, but it sounds important. Kristen talks about helping actors, resilience, and something about foundations, which we all agreed is good to have. We ask her about her time at Disney, the monorail, jewelry, and whether sending pie is a normal part of casting. She confirms most things. Chip works with video games, TV, and other forms of electricity, connecting voice actors with studios and doing something extremely technical that we definitely understood while he was saying it.   Our hosts, Mandy Katie, Smooth, and Dickie bravely ask questions no one else has the courage or preparation to ask. Chip does his best to explain how his company helps productions while we try to confirm whether "Help" stands for something, or if it's just a cry for it.   Along the way, we discuss generational marketing (we think "millennials" are a software), actor tactics (we each have one), and whether microphones can get performance anxiety.     This week on our inaugural episode with the most amazing PERFECT audio mix, We Know VO, Mandy Katie, Smooth, and Dickie talk with Tina Morasco Morocco cha cha cha, who somehow manages to be a casting director, actor, producer, and coach all at the same time. We're still not sure how she finds the hours, but we assume it involves a team of understudies. Tina talks about important industry things like authenticity, singing styles, and something called "acting technique," which we already sort of do naturally. It's an enlightening conversation about the craft of performance, the mystery of coaching, and the power of simply saying words really well. We Know VO.
