    Neurodivergent. It’s a word you’ve probably seen pop up more and more in society and especially in social media. What is it? And how does neurodivergence affect our lives and goals? We are so excited to jump in to this broad and somewhat intimidating topic in what is surely to be the first of many conversations as we learn how understand our own minds and navigate their unique characteristics. We’re sharing some of our personal experiences as well as discussing ways to cope when you receive information about how your brain works!     When it comes to big ideas, sometimes we can be our own worst enemy. Perfectionism, imposter syndrome and self doubt can make it seem like we have a huge mountain to climb and maybe our ideas are just “too much” for where we are. This week we are talking about overcoming that doubt and understanding that sometimes the best way to create solutions is to…just start! We’re getting right into it, tackling the scary things that lurk in the shadows of our mind - judgment, fear, intrusive thoughts, and taking through ways to overcome and simplify our thought process so we grow into our best selves and accomplish the big ideas that excite us as entrepreneurs!
