    The Impact of the Mentor

    Welcome back to WE OVER ME! This week is very special because it is our last regular episode of season one of We Over Me! For this bittersweet moment, we were joined by David, Alayna, and Hannah as they read and chatted about different mentee stories. Mentors don't always get the opportunity to hear the impact they are making from their mentee, so we decided to change that. These mentee accounts are just the boost we needed, and the effect that is displayed within them is everything we hope for.     Mentoring 3-12 vs. TeamMates +

    Welcome back to We Over Me! On this week's episode, we were gladly joined by two experienced mentors who have been able to get the opportunity to have mentees in our 3-12 program, as well as our awesome, post-secondary, TeamMates + program! Angee and Tricia discuss the differences between mentoring a student in grades 3-12 and mentoring a post-secondary student through TeamMates +, and what makes each awesomely unique. We were also gifted with the opportunity to give space for a bittersweet message from our very own, Allyson, about her journey.     The Role & Importance of: Regional Coordinators

    Welcome back to WE OVER ME! This week, three of our awesome Regional Coordinators (RCs), Lisa, Tiffany, and Angee, took the time to get down to the nitty gritty about what it is like being in the role of a Regional Coordinator. Our RCs cover a TON of ground, and they take care of a lot of chapters. They love being a part of their communities, and so greatly appreciate when they get the opportunity to be a part of yours! We truly could not be the kind of organization we are without our superhuman Regional Coordinators and all they do to better our program. Our RCs are the physical representation of "Be There", and we thank you for #BeingThere, too! ❤️

    The Role & Importance of: Program Coordinators

    Welcome back to We Over Me! On this week's episode, we were joined by two previous Program Coordinators (PCs), Tiffany & Kristin! These two were inspired by their past roles of being PCs, so they had no trouble sharing that passion with each other for us to listen to as they dove into what it is that Program Coordinators do and how important they are! We have such an appreciation for our Program and Building Coordinators, and even though we try, we can't put our love for our them into words. These special, chapter cheerleaders are the light that sparks the magic between matches, and our program wouldn't be possible without them! Think about who in your life is your personal program coordinator, and let them know how much you appreciate them! As always, thank you SO much for #BeingThere. We wouldn't be here without you! ❤️

    TeamMates Mentoring is not just for students in grades 3-12, we also offer our forever-friend opportunities to post-secondary students! Our TeamMates + program is one we hold close to our hearts, and we love the memories we get to make with the amazing, new adults who take part in this journey with us. In this episode, we were joined by two amazing TeamMates + mentors and staff members, Hannah & Michele, along with one of our awesome recruiters, David! This trio sat down to talk about their own college experiences, to give some advice they have for students, and where their paths within TeamMates + have taken them.
