Her background also features roles at Orion Advisor Solutions, Ariel Investments, Fidelity Investments, Mercer Investments, Peak Financial Management, and Russell Investments. A sought after  on financial news networks, Shana holds a BS in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MBA from Bentley University, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Known as the "Queen of Alternatives," she is recognized for her expertise and leadership in the field and wears the “crown” with great pride. She sits on the U.S. board of Women in ETFS and is actively involved in Partners in Development (Haiti), a non-profit organization focused on helping impoverished communities attain independence and whole-life development.
