Passionate about advancing inclusion in the financial industry, Garrett serves as Co-Head of the Chicago chapter of Women in ETFs and previously held leadership roles on the board of CFA Society Chicago. Outside of work, Garrett is a devoted single father to two daughters, ages 7 and 10.
