    Amber invited her sister, Amanda, into the chaos to see what shook out. The resulting conversation explored Amanda's journey through rebellion, tragedy, and challenge. As a bonus - this one didn't turn into a therapy session for Jessica which I can confidently say (as she is I; I am the writer of descriptions) that it was a welcome turn of events not being in the emotional hot seat.     Kidding, totally kidding. That is a clickbait title. However - this artifact is, in fact, with our freshly-confirmed Orthodox friend, Brady. We bombard Brady with lots and lots of questions about history, traditions, and rituals of the Orthodox faith while also working to bridge the gap between all three of our understandings on important faith definitions. In our attempt to humbly navigate the landmine topics of repentance, dying to self, and “once saved, always saved” we hope for both our edification and yours as well.     The Gospel; and then a bunch of rabbit trails | Artifact 14

    We wanted to talk about the Gospel - to get all in the weeds and technicalities and nuances - and then it was derailed into yet another therapy session for Jessica. But, hey, we laughed a lot. That seems to be a trend when it's just the two of us recording. Not sure what's more vulnerable than slapping out a chat better suited for a padded room for all the Internet to see, so, I guess we're going with it. For this one we talked about discipleship, the power in our words, struggling to be obedient, and struggling to feel as though prayer is effective. We definitely do talk about the Gospel, too. And would like to invite you, dear listener, to let us know if you'd like to hear us do a prepared artifact on the subject - defining terms, laying out timelines, going into symbology and meaning and heart.. or any other questions you have about the Gospel. We will do it eventually, but we're tryna encourage audience participation here. We want to build a community, man.
