Weekends Off

As a previous church attender, and very brief volunteer, I can imagine the transition out of ministry is a long and dark path with no clear destination in mind. A resource for those also looking for an exit path is a welcomed one. I am hopeful church staff from all over might hear this and find better ways to help their staff members have an exit that is as positive and hopeful as their entrance!

Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable. I’m sure this will be eye opening for your previous church community and also for those who are simply exploring a new career path or trying to figure out what’s next after leaving ministry. I enjoyed listening! The flow of the episode was fantastic, the pause for commercial breaks (aka questions) was also great and kept me engaged! Looking forward to the next episode!

Love hearing someone else’s experience from a honest perspective. I do believe that nothing in God’s economy is wasted and grateful for you sharing. Can’t wait for part 2.
