    Farbrengen Chof Beis Shvat Kinus

    Join our farbrengen! This past Chof Beis Shvat Fruma Schapiro & Etty Schwartz hosted a Farbrengen late Motzei Shabbos at the Kinus. With permission, it was recorded. Obviously totally different than our weekly sichos, this farbrengen centered around the impact of learning the Rebbe's Chassidus regularly - the slow "drip, drip, drip" that shifts your mindset, heart, and ultimately - life - from the inside out. Mrs. Schapiro broke down 4 main ideas from the Rebbe & centered the Farbrengen around these: * never give up *it's all there already, just needs to be revealed, not created *being joyous is not optional and it's not for you.     210. Acharon Shel Pesach Geulah Times!

    As we go into the final days of Pesach, the Geulah days, we dive into Rambams approach to the coming of Moshiach being "within nature". The Rambam explains that the core of Geulah is a natural world in which every Jew can fully live in alignment with Torah & mitzvos, deeply connected to Hashem. The Rebbe explains this as 2 stages of Moshiach. 1st stage - natural, 2nd stage - all the "extras" miracles! Miracles are not the essence, they are add ons, expressions of our incredible closeness with Hashem. (think wedding - covid times, we got the "essence" of the weddings - the bride, groom, and chuppah, vs regular times - with all add ons, dont lose sight of the essence). In the two stages of Geulah, the first is a natural reality where Moshiach empowers us to connect to Hashem in this world, and the second is a miraculous enhancement. But if we are zoche, if we live as our best selves today, those miracles can begin immediately. The Rebbe empowers us to believe in our own greatness and to break past our limits—this is really a miracle! Transcending nature. Through this, we will merit to see the full revelation of Moshiach and Hashem’s open miracles, beginning now. Chelek Chof Zayin pg 191

    209. Pesach Seder The 5th Cup & Welcoming Eliyahu

    Today’s Sicha in honor of Yud Alef Nissan is sponsored by women who want to continue Going & Growing with these Sichos ~ getting them spread all over the world!!! Thank you to... Eliza Caplan in the z’chus of her daughter Elka Rachel bas Phivel Gedalah in honor of her first yahrtzeit yesterday, and her birthday 13 nissan Miriam Lipsker wishing aHappy birthday to her daughter, campus shlucha, Freyda Lipsker, Freyda bas Chaya Miriam, may it be a shnas bracha v’hatzlacha & pure joy! A listener in honor of the Rebbe’s birthday, may he have the brachos of the geulah shleima mamosh! A listener in honor of the birthday of Mazal Chaya Mushka bas Esther, she should have a personal geulah! Chanale Altein in honor of her grandmothers yahrtzeit on 9 nissan, Freyda Menia bas Ephraim Shmuel, may she have endless nachas from her family! Brocha Feiner, in honor of her Bubbys yahrtzeit on yud alef nissan, may she have endless nachas from her family! SICHA SUMMARY: We have 4 cups at the Seder, there is an inyan of a 5th cup. The 5th cup is not like the 4. It is reliant on you having reached this high level of Avodah (very likely not so attainable). I am not that great & won’t really be able to reach such a level at my seder, but we are the Rebbe’s generation!!! We don’t do the 5th cup, we do Eliyahu Hanavis Cup! We enjoy our Seder ready to greet Moshiach! With our unlocked doors we welcome Eliyahu in & we are so ready to run outside to greet Moshiach! This Eliyahu’s cup is worthy for every Jewish home! It is connected to the deep Emunah we have that Moshiach is coming!
