Update on the dog catcher law in CO, they don't actually serve the notice to the dog, they just have to post a notice of their intent to impound the dog including a picture at the animal shelter for at least 3 days before they can actually impound the dog. But it sure would make it even more funny if they were out there notifying the dogs.
