Awesome podcast

Great information on lowering blood pressure naturally! These are tips that are very easy to put into our schedules! Oatmeal banana pancakes sound Yummy!

Andretta and Aaqila truly touch on many pertinent health issues. I get nuggets from every episode. It is good to have Brown Women speaking to the health of Brown women. Since I’ve been listening I’ve been motivated to do some of the things (like exercising and consciously breathing through my nose) that I had just let fall by the wayside. You are what you listen to and listening to this podcast gives positive energy!!! Keep up the good work!

My 9-year-old smiles in the backseat every time she hears you all say “Hello Brown Beauties.” In addition, she listens and comments to the things you say. That’s the start of behavior change and I’m glad to introduce her to your podcast as a way to reinforce good habits.
