Informative and smart questions

Christina has such great guests on her show! She asks very smart questions and I always learn so much from her and her guests. Her solo shows are informative and she talks from a real place with no BS just real concern for her community of listeners.

Do your own health research

I have nothing against Christina, but she is not a doctor. To be giving so much health advice just doesn’t seem right to me when so many younger girls listen. Educated guests, doctors, etc can also still be biased. Listen to/read lots of different credible sources for your health info. This podcast seems to continually bash “western medicine” when it has its time and place just as holistic therapies do. Do your research before you take what she has to say as fact. Not trying to be hateful—just trying to warn those because it’s easy to be convinced when charismatic people are sharing their opinions.
