Is it the finality? Is it final? Is it the unknown? Is it the dread?
What the fuck is it about dying and death that consumes Jane with angst and Micah with amusement? Everyone in the history of the world had done it and yet, secretly, Jane thinks she might be able to avoid this all together by outthinking death. Micah says no. So what is this podcast? Just a stroll through the fears of Jane until Micah can calm her the hell down.
Is this a comedy? A drama? A tragedy? Yes to all.

Daryl Ray Carliles, Near Death Experiencer

Daryl Ray is an Actor, Photographer and Producer who had a groovy near death experience where he was told what needed to be done to save his life, so he woke up and told the doctors and then signed a bunch of papers so they would follow his instructions. Because of that message and his acting on it he's here today!
We talk about this experience as well as that of returning to a small southern town and caring for his mother until she passed away.
This guy is a total doll and opens his heart and tells us all.

Refreshing take on a hard subject

It’s nice to come across a podcast that touches on something that is truly experienced by every living thing. Death discussion hasn’t been normalized (in my country at least) and really should be talked about more freely. We all experience it, maybe an honest discussion can make us all feel better about it. Love Jane and Micah. Thanks for breaching a tough subject without making anyone feel gross.

A great listen!

I’ve listen to about a dozen episodes of We’re Dying Here, and they’ve been really fun! Besides being funny, Jane and Micah do a great job of mixing in some very poignant questions about death — and how the guests think about death in day-to-day their lives. Intelligent and thought provoking conversation!

What the world needs!

Death is part of life. Let’s talk about it! Love the approach that Jane and Micah and the stellar roster of guests take in every episode when coming to grips with losing our grip. So powerful. Listen, laugh, cry, let go. 🙌🏼
