WeShape Is Life Changing!!

I joined WeShape in late November 2023. I was pretty consistent with the workouts but did not join any of the extra offerings like the live calls, podcast ands community until early 2024. WOW!! I am so engaged now in all aspects. The program is amazing!! I’ve listened to over half the podcasts and one is better than the next. The positive energy, enthusiasm and caring spirit of the presenters is evident in every episode. They always have words of wisdom that make me pause and reflect. The beliefs episode #35 really hit home. After listening to it 3 times I felt a real mind shift in my thoughts of who I am and who I want to be. My beliefs are not serving me. I need to get out of my own way and stop listening to the messages from society that have been so destructive all these years. I think it was Katie who said it best ~ our beliefs shape our behaviors. By continuing with WeShape, engaging in ALL the program offers and working on my beliefs I know I will see many great changes in who I am physically, mentally, spiritually and I will be living my best life!! Thank you WeShape 😊❤️

Incredible couching!

I took the challenge because I’ve seen coach Tyler’s clips helping ppl with real problems, my body almost immediately felt the difference, the WeShpe team makes it easy to understand the importance of form in the exercises and how to do it right. But also very important is that they remind us that we need to love our selfs, the way they do encouragement is a paramount positive difference amongst other programs. I’m thankful to coach Tyler and WeShape team for their support!!

A solid non-traditional approach to fitness

Let me start by saying I am not generally a consumer of podcasts. They just aren’t my jam. I gave this one a shot during a month long We Shape Challenge and thought it was pretty darn good. The topics are relevant and the hosts are invested and compassionate. I am a big fan of the “feel better in your body” concept and find that the podcast content does a good job of supporting the mission.
