Amazing Podcast!!!

I am so grateful for this podcast. It has completely changed my approach to health and fitness. It has been wonderful to learn about all the ways to treat myself and my body with and care instead of trying to punish myself or feel guilty about working out. Would love the ability to submit a question and here how the hosts think about it.

Pumped About This Podcast!

I heard Katie speak on the Eating Disorder Therapist Podcast and was so excited to learn about WeShape. It was the right place at the right time as I have been transitioning to intuitive eating and working to heal my body image issues after many years of using extreme exercise, athletic achievement, and competition to validate my self-worth. I’ve listened to a few episodes and am enjoying the depth of knowledge of the WeShape team (go Tyler!) and the diversity of topics.

Great content but…

I absolutely love the conversations on this podcast and what they stand for, especially around healthier relationships with food and our bodies. However, when they have a guest visit the show I sometimes wish the hosts would take a bigger step back and let the guest speak more. More often than not, the hosts tend to jump in and tell personal anecdotes or stories that turn into tangents, and as a listener I sometimes feel like I miss out on a lot of what the guest has to offer. I am thankful they add links in the show notes so I’m able to research the guest or topic more though. That is extremely helpful! Keep up the great work!
