ABOUT SAL BUSCEMI
Sal Buscemi is the CEO and Co-Founding Partner of HRN LLC, a private multi-family investment office, as well as the CEO of Dandrew Partners Capital Management. He also serves as the Managing Partner for several other direct investment vehicles, spanning multiple asset classes in commercial real estate and credit, fine art private credit facilities, special situations, and well-performing life sciences investments, among others. 
 As an author, Mr. Buscemi has penned several books on fund management and real estate private lending. Born and raised in a small town in Michigan, Stacey joined the Air Force to see the world. After 14 years of living overseas and in multiple different states, Stacey moved to Colorado to settle down closer to family. Despite being a critical care nurse for 11 years, her income was nearly cut in half from relocating. In 2018, she found the book “Set for Life” by Scott Trench and became a devout student, learning as much as she could about real estate investing. ABOUT GREG LEHRMANN
Greg Lehrmann is an attorney who has a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from The University of Texas and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. He is a North Texas/Oklahoma Division Manager with Asset Preservation Inc. API, a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, is a leading national IRC 1031 Qualified Intermediary and has handled over 200,000 exchanges throughout the country. 
Mr. Lehrmann has 39 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law. He dedicates a significant portion of his time to speaking to attorneys, CPAs, escrow officers, real estate agents/brokers, and investors in Texas and Oklahoma on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031. His presentations feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies.
