What A Time To Be Alive and it’s ringmaster Lou Acosta do a fantastically entertaining job of bridging the generational gap between “geek source material” and the globally pop culture spanning properties that are huge today! What A Time To Be Alive is the perfect blend of retro that’s been “retrofitted” enough for it to be relevant. Lou Acosta is insanely entertaining, knowledgeable and funny! What A Time To Be Alive isn’t a question, it’s a declaration!!! And that declaration is that we really have WON and THIS is our podcast!!!!

Lou has a great voice for podcasting, and his enthusiasm about his subject matter shows. This is irreverent, intelligent, unabashedly nerdy pop culture fun, and I’m all in.
What a great time indeed.
This is a very entertaining listen, and you will get swept up in Lou Acosta’s enthusiasm for all things ‘nerdy’. I’m always curious to see what pop culture moment Lou will riff on and explore in depth. A lot of fun.
