    i didn't achieve my goals (2023 reflection)

    I asked myself a few questions to reflect on this year. Despite not achieving any of the goals I hoped to achieve, this year was my favorite year. The questions I asked myself (that I want you to ask yourself): 1. Did this year fly by? 2. Was I living by my values this year? 3. Did I take care of myself this year? 4. Did I surprise myself this year? 5. Who helped and supported me this year? 6. For all the pain i felt this year, did I truly go through it? How did I grow from it?
