Today, we interview Ann Terlaak. Professor Terlaak teaches sustainability at the Wisconsin School of Business. She grew up in Germany and Australia, and ultimately ended up in the United States where she became a professor. In this episode, we cover the importance of nature, what she likes about being a professor, how she goes through life by falling into things and trying them out, and the vital importance of climate and sustainability. 

David and Lukas ask fellow Badger students about their career outlook while Chase is in New York for an interview.

On this episode, we interview Professor Michael Hernke. During this conversation, we cover the nature of sustainability in business, making a difference, the spread of ideas, making your mark (both physically and metaphorically), influential potters, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and the importance of "why not" instead of "why".
