I wish I had heard the episode on narcissism years ago! lol. I didn’t have a label or tools when dealing with a narcissistic partner. I learned so much after ending that relationship. Your 5 points are a great list to keep in mind.
So good!

When they talk about “people pleasing” in the hospital being a way to walk out with her baby safely I was mind blown. The idea of it being to create a safe space was truly perspective shifting.

I listened to the episode about narcissistic traits because I was married to one for three years and he still tortured my life for many years after because we had a child together, who unfortunately also shows these traits. I like the host’s vulnerability about her past and how compassionate she is. You can tell she knows what she is talking about. Keep up the good content.
