What Moves Her - Episode 78 with Stephanie Lundgren of Kind Roots
Stephanie had the entrepreneurial spirit in her from a very early age. She was selling headbands that she created on the playground at the age of 9! She always held on to her artistic side, creating art and teaching yoga.
During her yoga training, Stephanie was introduced to the vegan lifestyle. She found that there was space for more options and decided she'd create one! She started Kind Roots and made her first product in June of 2020, The Kind Roots Burger, a 100% vegan veggie burger.

She's now helping others do the same thing as a Sex Doula.
She explains what that is, and how she's helping people with empowerment, pleasure and quality of life! On instagram @harness.your.horniness

What Moves Her - Episode 73 with Dance/Fitness Instructor Carolina Florez
I met this amazing woman when I saw that she was teaching Shuffle classes at a studio in my building. Within minutes I was sucked in to her energy and knew I needed to have her as a guest on this podcast.
Not only did she decide to go to school for Expressive Art Therapy at what some would consider "later in life" she continues to chase her passion and bring it to others!
We talk about the history of the dance and my humbling experience over the past few weeks with her!
