One of Jakubs many fears come true involving an air compressor, leading Jakub to open up about all the hidden, irrational fears he has. Alex retracts a statement about a local theme park, but somehow got injured in the process. 'Non Compete'' clauses are no longer a thing in the US and while that feels like a win, they are waiting for the inevitable 'but'. Jakub and Alex have fundamentally different parenting processes, but they do agree on a lot, especially when it comes to doing things differently than their parents did. All this and so much more! It’s like if I was able to bring spaghetti on an airplane
At first you’re like eh, I’ll try it. But then you get on the plane, they don’t say anything. You pull it out. Still, not concerned. Then you start devouring the spaghetti and you’re like, wow! They’re going to let me do it! That’s this podcast. A delightful surprise to your day. You think, oh what’s this? A new podcast. Cool. There’s a million of them. Then you hear the sweet chuckles of the hosts, and suddenly, you’re chuckling. Then you find out more! Oh this host loves comics. He’s smart. Well read. This co host likes ball busting and wax play, how interesting! Oh there’s science sometimes?! Current events?!?! Jokes and an overall “hang out” type culture?!?!?!?! Why haven’t I had this before? What have my other podcasts consisted of??? Trust me, this podcast is what you need to get through those boring days at work. And if anything maybe just having it slapped on in the background as you mow the carpet and vacuum the lawn. Sound quality was eh, but I hear they’re working on it. So if they fix that, I’ll keep listening.
