    This is a charged topic, during a time of heightened emotions. We are less than a week out from the 2024 election and Donald Trump has been elected - an outcome that I, along with my friend Ginger, had our energy behind. Ginger has been a lifelong Democrat and I am a Canadian Citizens, so we have had different journeys here, but felt a very similar thread and have decided to shed some light on how we arrived at our decisions.  I acknowledge that this conversation may be too much for some people, and I ask that you take care of yourself and only receive what you have capacity for.     Season 3 - Episode 6. A True Reunion with Chelsea Adair and Justin Ternes

    What happens when you drive with your best friend across the country and move in with her and her boyfriend and his brother for 2.5 weeks? Your first in-person podcast! This episode is so special to me in many ways, but most importantly because it’s an intimate and honest conversation with my best friend, Chelsea Adair and her partner, Justin Ternes.  Chelsea and I have been traversing the realms of Love and mature womanhood together for a number of years and witnessing her journey with her heart has been so healing and expansive for me. She was single when we started spending lots of time together in early 2022, and then I watched her navigate a potent transformational relationship, and then eventually end up back in connection with a man she dated 7 years ago, Justin. Talk about REUNION! This episode was recorded from their bedroom in North West Arkansas (Justin’s hometown), where they are beginning a new chapter of life together and it was such a pleasure being in their presence and getting to feel their Love.  Their story is one of Truth, Faith and Responsibility and I am deeply honored to be sharing it with you. They have not spoken about their relationship publicly so this is a really sacred glimpse that I am sure will be medicine for many who are navigating living a faith led life.  Chelsea’s deepest medicine (in my humble opinion) is in the way she leads women to their own embodied relationship with God. She’s been working with women for years and it’s been gorgeous to watch the way she serves.  Justin is committed to making emotional, physical and spiritual health accessible to everyone and has brought his physical therapy, breathwork and coaching expertise back to the local community where he grew up.     For this episode I am joined by a dear friend and mentor Caroline D’Arcy and my gosh did we have fun. One of Caroline’s greatest gifts is bringing absolute beauty to what many find to be really tough, dark or scary parts of the human experience.  She literally makes it magic and completely shatters the paradigm of “brokenness.” There is no fixing in her world.  She is a medicine woman who specializes in all realms of life force - the physical, erotic and ecstatic and brings together sexuality and spirituality - because frankly, they are the same.  There is so much wisdom shared in this episode and it was a really special one for me as I shed more mental stories about loss and struggle and really opened to the beauty of every single moment we’re here.     I am so excited to be back sharing in this way and this conversation with Jessie was the perfect way to kick off this season. Jessie is a real student of life. She is a medicine woman, a guide and translator of deep body intelligence. She is an athlete, a creative and serves the souls journey back home to the body. Both of us come from a high performance athletics background and are now walking the path of true soul expression in this life. We share about our past with sports, the striving for excellence, the transformation of our bodies and living the thing we are both really meant to live in this lifetime.
