Life Changing Information!

Having experienced broken ribs from CPR chest compressions, two open heart surgeries, scapular resection surgery, hip reconstruction with two torn labrums, and multiple heart surgeries including chest and abdominal placement of multiple pacemakers… you could say I’m a bit of a medical mess :).
But I am so incredibly blessed and have a great life doing the things I love again. I would not have the quality of life I do now if it were not for the information provided by this team to understand what’s going on with my body; how to find weaknesses and what to do to fix them. For example- understanding how posture and joints should look and move, explaining common problems causing misalignment like muscle imbalances and scar tissue/fascia, proprioceptive cues, range of motion, tips and tricks to build the right stuff up to make the pain stop. I could go on and on about the knowledge I’ve gained here.

I found Andrew online years ago and was shocked at how significantly minor adjustment could decrease my pain. (I was hooked from the first video I saw about back posture cues. ) The insights and knowledge I gained from their social media account has been life changing. Not only did I alleviate chronic pain that has been getting worse year after year, but I found a program that has made me stronger in everything I do! Now I know how to live with EDS and not continue destroying my joints over my next 30 years.

I just can’t say enough great things about Whealth. If you’re hurting and don’t know what to do next, this program is your roadmap. It helped me identify the problems I knew I had, and even identify future problems I didn’t know I was creating. Then taught me how to resolve those problems from the foundation basics. I got my mobility back and increased my quality of life.

Amazingly helpful information about hypermobility and pain

I’ve long suspected I have EDS but the quick test doesn’t apply any more (it would have when I was growing up) and I have concerns with getting diagnosed. I’ve been following the Whealth programs for a few years and definitely find that better mobility (being able to control and have strength and solid proprioception) while improving posture are key for avoiding debilitating pain. It’s fascinating to connect so many dots like dealing with severe digestive challenges. Mindset around the challenges is definitely key, as Andrew and Katie teach, as well as patience and not having a timeframe for how long it will take to overcome. With their help, I overcome every issue, sometimes in days or weeks, but sometimes in months or years. I trust them completely and feel confident in my learnings to keep overcoming whatever challenges arise. And they will.
