Having been in a wheelchair for almost 24 years, it just has become the norm for me. Though living life in a wheelchair is normal for me, what I have noticed is it's definitely an elephant in the room for those around me. The truth is, most of the people I come in contact with I can tell have some questions about what life is like for me as a wheelchair user, but they just don't know how to ask it, or if they should! This is why I wanted to do what I can to give you a safe space to ask anything that is on your mind involved with my life! I mean absolutely anything... Are you ready?

    The Introduction to Rachel K. Ellis-Payne (W.W.P. Episode #009)

    On this episode of the Wheelchair Warrior Project I introduce you to my good friend Rachel K. Ellis-Payne, there may even be a surprise guest by the name of Baliegh Elizabeth Weber (she is somehow ending up in a lot of episodes...) This interview is a special interview in the idea that it actually came about in quite a spontaneous manner. Rachel had got in contact with Baliegh one night, as she was starting to talk to someone who was newly in a wheelchair and had some questions.  When I say spontaneous I mean it, as from the moment Rachel had questions for Baliegh, we set up everything for an episode of the podcast within. 15 minutes.     The Introduction to Veronica Garcia (W.W.P. Episode #008)

    On this episode of the Wheelchair Warrior Project I introduce you to my good friend Veronica Garcia. As you know the original promise was to have the introduction episodes released every Monday and here we are two days later. The truth is after not feeling well for the last couple of days, I finally feel well enough to get this episode out to the world. This episode is going to push the envelope past where we have gone before with the interviews in the past. Prior to even doing this interview, Veronica made sure to get me mentally ready for what was about to come while answering some of the post scheduling questions by saying, "Just be ready!"
