Richard Deboer, EVP of Sales & Marketing LinkedIn  Richard DeBoer is the EVP of Sales and is responsible for the Sales, Pricing, and Marketing functions of the organization. Richard joined the organization in 2010 after serving fourteen years as a Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-traded transportation company and, more recently, twelve years as Chief Operating Officer of two mid-sized transportation companies. Brian Clark, Director of Logistics Operations LinkedIn Brian Clark has over 22 years of experience in transportation. Brian has extensive knowledge working with a wide range of shippers and receivers, both from warehousing and logistics. As the Director of Logistics Operation for Carter, he focuses on carrier procurement and customer service.
