    me and white supremacy

    just as toxic masculinity is a male problem, white supremacy is a white people problem. In this week's episode, I discuss the beginnings of Layla F. Saad's book, Me and White Supremacy: How to Combat Racism, Change the World, and Be a Good Ancestor. I share a bit of my experiences but not journal entries to not trigger any emotional trauma within the BIPOC communities but relate to a lot of Saad's writings.     the beautiful truths behind spiraling

    so you're spiraling, that's a good thing! what a great thing! On this week's episode of Where the Magic Happens, I share with you some updates prior to this mercury retrograde we are entering. I talk about my p***y, my oral health, and drastic extremes I've taken myself with my mental health. I embrace a scrumptious analogical concept behind spiraling and the beautiful truths we meet with it that unravel. I briefly go into my experience with babysitting and working with kids and how monumental it's been for my inner child developing and healing towards capabilities to the self and to my acting capabilities. We briefly also discuss systematic racism in Hollywood and the revelations behind characters that we all hold within us as told by Anthony Meindl and his philosophy.     toxic boss, toxic workspace, & gaslighting

    In this week's episode, I share my toxic experience working as a bartender, the strength within my self worth and value I knew better of myself to be, and ways to move out of that energy/space. I also provide a couple methods I've started to try as ways to combat my morning into evening bedridden depressions if you too suffer from this frustration. Finally, we move into ways we can create a safer space and world for all communities of people. F**k racism, Islamopobia, transphobia, homophobia, etc...the list goes on and on, f**k the colonizer mindset's b******t. be kind, inclusive, welcoming, and accepting; Progress Up! not backwards towards hatred and bigotry.

    Forced Intimacy, Energy Vampires, & Mercury Retrograde

    I finally found music to add to this podcast as I've been very proud of recent episodes so far and encouraging myself to continue forward with sharing!! I discuss mercury retrograde and the changed mindset going into this one vs previous retrogrades for a changed and better experience and period of manifestations.     how I returned from a dissociative experience

    Hi everyone, in this episode, I speak on one of my experiences under dissociation through which was triggered by a traumatic experience I had at a concert. I speak on catcalling, consent, sexual harassment, PTSD, and more. Again, this is one of the many experiences I've had in this lifetime but I DO NOT speak on where any of what I have with my mental health stems from. I don't speak on any events, traumas, etc that date back as to why I have much added to my mental health; I only speak on that of most recent current events. I am happy and have learned how to heal from these parts of myself so whenever they may come to surface, I continue to learn to feel, embrace, release, and move forward from them.  I also speak on some advice Florence Given, Gary Vee, and close friends of mine share with an experience like this and how to handle these types of situations. I love New York City, but these just so happen to be a few bad days there; these events and individuals can reveal themselves anywhere.  Finally, I share a changed perspective on the self love journey and practice but I want to add that solitude and alone time is so important. You should spend as much time with yourself alone as possible, facing yourself to grow and heal forward with and to enjoy your company and choices that resonate and bring life within you daily. Solitude is important and so is balancing time with the right, good people to experience life with, to turn to to share a laugh, or to comment on something from what lies before you.

    postgrad funk depression

    time & currency no longer may be wrongly valued as factors of limitations or self reflections of worth but rather tools that help bring us amongst happiness but does not bring us happiness itself. Happiness attracts them both; for we must change our relationship and views of time and currency. self care, self compassion, self love, self forgiveness... post grad depression updates, progress, and more I hope sounds relatable and is of help. You are not alone and let's breathe another breath together. So grateful to be able to breathe in deep and be alive another day, now baby steps in feeling alive daily, creatively, and immensely in navigating ourselves through the rest of our paths/journeys that more is set out for us. Let's enjoy the present and awaken when it calls for us to move ourselves best we can. Bless you all!!
