    We Cranked for 30 Days Straight (Most Productive Month Ever)

    After crying on the pod a few weeks ago, something switched. This past month became the most productive of our lives.     My Core Wound: I Can't Stop Doing

    I sat down to record and realized I didn't want to.  I was on my period, low energy, but pushing myself to keep our weekly streak alive.  Cam stopped me and said: "You don't need to do anything ever again."  What unfolded was a raw conversation about the core wound I've been carrying my entire life: sacrificing my natural rhythm to meet others' needs.  We didn’t plan to share this episode, which is why there are moments where we speak so quietly that the mic doesn’t pick it up, but we decided that someone out there may benefit from this conversation.
