Who Am I? [Developing the Developer Mini-Series]

We look at those helping develop our match officials off the pitch in our Developing the Developers (Novice) mini-series.

Assessors, coaches, performance reviewers, mentors... the names are many, but so are the skills that we need to make sure that we're adding as much value to the match officials as possible.

In this episode, we look at "Who am I?". Dusty and John discuss exploring how lived experience is brought to the conscious whilst being aware of the world around us. By doing this and by being more aware of the world around us it can mean that we may have a greater awareness of the changes in us and how this may influence our interactions and communication with others.
