Title IX was passed by congress in 1972 to try to equal the opportunities for women in sports and scholarship by requiring institutions of education to balance opportunities between men and women. Now, as the Biden Administration promulgates changes to the Code of Federal Regulations to make room for transgender women who are biologically "male", they risk alienating ALL WOMEN. It doesn't seem like a politically smart move, but then Joe Biden is not the "sharpest tool in the shed". That said, this move will seriously hurt collegiate opportunities for women. There really doesn't seem to be any way around it.

The Hunter Biden laptop is real and was verified by the FBI in November of 2019. So, this means that they lied about it to the media and the media lied to us about its authenticity and likely changed the outcome of the 2020 election. In fact, this is a much more direct line to election interference than what just received 34 felony counts for. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that Donald J. Trump might be the most harassed person in the history of America when it comes to our Just-Us system. Trump's political enemies have used the force of government to undermine his liberty at every turn since August of 2016 when the Obama administration abused the FISA process to spy on the Trump Campaign. It seems to me he could appeal any of his cases to the Supreme Court by demonstrating that his right of Equal Protection under the law has been violated. Knowing Trump's reputation, it's not hard to see him suing New York when this is all finished up.
