Episode 69: If You Did Know, What Would the Answer Be?

What if you don’t need to have the whole plan figured out before you take the next step? This episode we're unpacking work, service and passion projects —not just what do I do?, but what kind of work actually lights me up? We're exploring with the idea of a portfolio career and what it means to be a multi-passionate woman in a world that often tells us to pick one thing, find our calling, and stay in our lane. What if our work and our lives are allowed to evolve? In this episode of Whole Mom, we're tuning inwards to listen to our curiosity, paying attention to what energizes us, and giving ourselves permission to explore the parts of ourselves want to be expressed. I also share a question from Brooke Castillo that has been surprisingly powerful for me: “If you did know, what would the answer be?” Because sometimes we’re not actually looking for the perfect answer. We’re looking for enough clarity to take one tiny step. I’m sharing what this looks like for me right now, including a passion project I’m exploring alongside some soulful women business owners—and what it feels like to be willing to be in the beginning without needing to know exactly where something will lead. We don’t need the whole plan. Start with the question: If I did know, what would the answer be? And then take one tiny step toward it. This episode is an invitation to be curious, trust what lights us up, and begin embodying the whole women that we already are. Episode 64: To the Moms in the Messy Middle - Rediscovering Ourselves Through Life' Transitions with Natasha Ramlall

There are seasons in life when the roles and titles that once defined us begins to shift. Motherhood.Relationships.Career changes.Divorce.Healing.Loss.Growth. The identities we’ve spent years building no longer fit; however, we haven't yet rediscovered who we've always been underneath it all. This is the messy middle. In this episode, we’re exploring identity rupture—those moments when life asks us to loosen our hold on who we’ve been so we can discover self-trust, self-leadership, and evolve. We talk about slowing down in a world that celebrates constant productivity, reconnecting with ourselves beneath the roles we play, and learning to trust the internal transformation that often happens before anything changes on the outside. The real gift isn’t reaching the next chapter or the destination, it's the lessons and meaning we learn and embody along the way. It’s the wisdom that comes from living through the ending, allowing ourselves to exist in the uncertainty of the middle, and courageously stepping into a new beginning. When we stop defining ourselves by our titles, achievements, relationships, or responsibilities, we create space to remember something deeper: Who we have always been. If you’ve been feeling untethered, questioning your direction in life, or noticing that an old version of you no longer feels aligned, this conversation is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and trust the process. In addition to this episode, Natasha has graciously shared a free guided embodiment audio for us hyper-capable women to support us in reconnect with ourselves in a grounded, compassionate way. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning home to ourselves, one step at a time.
