This unscripted conversation gives a great view into his life and what inspires a human to reach for this type of greatness. He has already completed over 10 ultramarathons which include races up to 100 miles. At 21 years old, Zach is younger than most ultra runners but doesn't let that hold him back from training hard and competing in some of the most difficult events on the planet. In addition to his outstanding physical role modeling and breaking perceptions of what humans are capable of, Zach also shows that a person with Autism can achieve whatever they set their mind to. In this episode, we discuss some of his experiences getting to where he is at today, his training regiments, and his future goals. Zach is an exceptional human being on an exceptional pathway to greatness.
