    Buckle up, this is a long one! J gives us an update on how things are in Jamaica in the wake of hurricane Melissa, offering resources for helping people rebuild and clean up. She is not on the island, and she shares how hard it is to be apart from her neighbors, and how we can best support through mutual aid. They talk about the difference between mutual aid and charity, and they talk about a long list of resources for folks on US territory with SNAP and WIC benefits being cut.
