My 9-Week Confidence Challenge: Build 'IT GIRL' Energy Before 2026

Kellie is kicking off her 9-Week Confidence Challenge: created for the girls who are ready to step into 2026 with main character energy and unstoppable confidence! The challenge starts now, and it’s all about taking your confidence into your own hands and building the mindset that changes everything. In this episode, Kellie shares how delusional confidence completely changed her life: from doubting herself to walking into every room like she belonged there. She opens up about learning through failure, surrounding herself with the right people, and continuing to challenge herself daily. Over the next nine weeks, she’s breaking down the process of building real, lasting confidence: cleaning up your social media, prioritizing fitness, putting yourself out there, and doing the things that scare you — because that’s where the growth happens. Pushing yourself is scary. Doing something new is scary. Building confidence is scary. But Kellie reminds listeners that the only way through it is to do it anyway. Each week, she gives tangible tips to add into your routine, helps you change the parts of your day that no longer serve you, and encourages you to make time to reflect on your growth along the way. The goal is simple: to set you up for an amazing start to 2026 and help you become the most confident version of yourself. The 9-Week Confidence Challenge starts now. Enjoyed this episode? THE PROPOSAL STORY!! How He asked ft. Then-Fiancé Austin Sbrocchi (FBF)

Five years ago—on October 24, 2020, at 5:30 PM—Austin got down on one knee at the beautiful El Matador Beach in Malibu, California, and completely changed my life. In honor of that unforgettable moment, I’m re-releasing one of my most popular episodes from my original show “MissUnderstood” for the very first Flash Back Friday (FBF) edition of Why Not Do Both- episode originally aired October 30, 2020.Austin & I got engaged that evening in what can only be described as a Bachelor-caliber proposal. He shocked me (and everyone else) with how stunning, thoughtful, and romantic it was—and honestly, I still can’t believe it happened. I essentially blacked out during it all. It was the most romantic moment of my life. Even though we’ve been married for several years now, that proposal will always be one of the most special days of my life. It might sound controversial to say, but I still tell Austin that I was the happiest I’ve ever been that day—even more than on our wedding day—because I had never experienced that much pure joy in my entire life. And somehow, I love him even more now than I did standing on those cliffs, completely overwhelmed and so deeply happy. In this episode, we’re sharing all the details! Did I know? Was I suspicious? How long did he have the ring? When did he know I was “the one”? (Selfishly, I wanted to know all of these questions too—but I saved them for the podcast!) We were absolutely on cloud nine and so grateful for everyone’s sweet messages and well wishes. Tune in to relive that magical day with us, celebrate love, and kick off Flash Back Friday with one of my all-time favorite memories. Xoxo, Kellie Enjoyed this episode? How to Prioritize YOURSELF & Your Self-Care while Serving (ft. LCDR (Sel) Jarred Reid-Dixon, US Navy)

Why Not Do Both podcast’s Navy Week celebration continues! Kellie honors the U.S. Navy’s 250th birthday by bringing back one of her most popular Navy episodes from six seasons of podcasting, a timeless conversation first featured on MissUnderstood! Remember, self-care isn’t selfish — it’s essential. Prioritizing yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Practicing self-care fosters self-worth and confidence, reinforces the importance of your own needs, and builds resilience that carries you through the toughest days in uniform. In this episode, fitness enthusiast, model, and active-duty Navy Lieutenant Jarred Reid-Dixon joins Kellie to share how proactively incorporating self-care into your military lifestyle can help you manage stress, maintain balance, and enhance overall effectiveness in your duties, both on deployment and ashore. Jarred talks about integrating self-care practices into daily routines and encourages accountability by engaging in wellness activities with your peers — whether that’s working out together, attending mindfulness sessions, or finding group hobbies that build camaraderie and connection. A 2017 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in economics, Jarred commissioned as a Supply Corps Officer before laterally transferring to the Public Affairs community. Since then, he’s served as Assistant Public Affairs Officer for Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet; Public Affairs Officer for the USS Makin Island (LHD 8), USS Anchorage (LPD 23), and USS John P. Murtha (LPD 26); and Director of Media Operations for San Francisco Fleet Week. This episode captures why Kellie continues to #DoBoth, advocating for strength and self-care, leadership and balance, and how you can feel empowered to #DoBoth too.
