    86. What does success mean to you?

    I often hear success talked about as if it has some universally agreed upon definition. And often the implication has something to do with career and/or money. But it can mean anything you want. Anything. In this episode I explore my own thoughts on success, I share ways I cultivate the feeling of success or arrive at it, and tons of questions for you to explore and arrive at your own definition. I hope this episode sparks more conversation and allows us all to lean into how incredible and magical we all are right now in this moment.     85. Self Care + Rest are for YOU, not to increase Productivity

    Yes, I myself have said "Rest is Productive." And it can be. For sure. But also - when was the last time you rested or cared for yourself for the SAKE of resting + caring for yourself, and not as a means to get back to work? Today I share lessons from my latest burnout so we all learn from it. It's - "I trust in my capacity to learn, and grow, and evolve, and create." Period.
