    Starting a business to empower women in the outdoors with Erin Crider

    Erin Crider is the founder and owner of Uncharted Outdoorswomen. Previously, she has worked with the Colorado Wildlife Council and Trout Unlimited, to help educate people on conservation and outdoor skills. She saw the lack of resources for women in the outdoor world and started her own business to empower women. Uncharted Outdoorswomen creates safe spaces for women to build confidence via hands-on educational opportunities. They are located in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Oregon. Thier goals are to build an inclusive community, build confidence, develop outdoor skills, and teach ethical habitat and wildlife use practices.     Being Teaching Assitant for Biology and Ecology with Allie and Hannah | Part 1

    Both Allie and Hannah are in the Integrated Biological Science program at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Allie recently graduated and Hannah is almost done. They both were teaching assistants for general biology and Hannah was also a TA for ecology. Allie and Hannah are great teachers and share their pashing for learning with their students. We discussed the fun parts of being a TA as well as the challenges.
