Finding talent has been a growing concern for companies due to the aging of the population and not being able to find the right people, as the younger generation becomes more focused on specialized career paths. With technology continuing to advance and automation providers becoming more experienced, the benefits of automation in manufacturing continue to outweigh the reasons not to.
