Just discovered this gem and am sad that A) it seems to be on hiatus and B) that there are only a small handful of the back catalog of episodes available.
Such a good idea and great conversations. I WILL say that I found most of the songs picked to be insufferable and yet I listened respectfully all the way through and then was rewarded with strong conversation about the selected pieces which almost never won me over and made me rethink my initial negative take on the song but then again, that’s not the point of this exercise...

Sometimes I can have some pretty bullheaded opinions about music, but this show has made me re-evaluate how I critically listen to both what I love and dislike. I've learned about a lot of great new music, while also coming away with a more balanced perspective on things I don't *necessarily* love. *cough* John Frusciante. Ahem.
