I’m not gay, I’m actually asexual, however; I feel like being gay in the church is like alcohol. If such a thing is causing you to stray away from God, but you love him, then God will remove it, but if you don’t stumble because of it then it’ll remain. Of course drinking is a choice but both have caused conviction in people. It doesn’t sound like it was stopping Greg from loving Him, but instead you walked your path seeking Him
