Why You Need Your Own Attorney

Thinking About Adoption

Usually, the adoptive parents have an attorney but the expectant parent doesn’t. We want to change that! Oftentimes, the expectant parent is usually advised about the law that governs her adoption by a social worker, or worse yet, by the attorney who represents the adoptive parents. Tune into this episode to learn why it's imperative that you have separate legal representation in the adoption process.
